Our experience here was FANTASTIC. Fairly clean hotel, really enjoyed to be next to the centre, easy walking distance of winter gardens/grand theatre and all the main attractions thanks to marvellous and fantastic location. The breakfast was good during our stay. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe, central heating, tea and coffee making equipment inside the room. The staff and people generally were very polite and pleasant.
